The mother of 3 showed up for a birthday party over the weekend with her stomach looking huge.
She stormed blogger GH Kwaku’s birthday party with a white body-hugging dress and a see-through overcoat.

Akua looked bloated in her tummy region and even her chest.
Photos of Akua GMB are currently trending online as fans react. Whilst some people think she might be pregnant, others believe she probably forgot to wear her corset.
Meanwhile, Akua GMB recently celebrated her ex-husband Dr Kwaku Oteng when he marked his 54th birthday.
Akua said though they are no more lovers, she appreciates Dr Kwaku Oteng being good to her and her children.
