Dr Kwaku Oteng has sent social media users talking after spraying less than GHC 1000 on gospel musician Brother Sammy.
Millionaire Dr Kwaku Oteng was at the album launch of Brother Sammy’s song which happened last Sunday in Kumasi.
During the ministration, Brother Sammy went to bow before Dr Kwaku Oteng whilst singing from his heart of heart.

The gospel musician took a while until Dr Kwaki Oteng started spraying money on him.
According to social media users, Dr Oteng Oteng sprayed 17 notes of GHC 50 which is a total of GHC 850.
This is causing a stir online as users react.
It appears they expected millionaire Dr Kwaku Oteng to spray more money than that but he didn’t.
Meanwhile, other celebrities including Mercy Asiedu, Oboy Frank Nero, Nayas, Ernest Opoku and others were all at the program.
