A beautiful Ghanaian young lady has sadly died after suffering burns from an explosion that allegedly occurred at Afrochella.
Known as Miriam, she reportedly passed away earlier today from the injuries she sustained.
A Twitter user blew the lid on the alleged explosion at the Afrochella festival which went down on the 28th and 29th of December, 2022.
The account said: “Idk if this is the right place to say this and idk if this will reach far enough. But there was some sought of explosion at Afrochella that has taken the life of a young girl. There has been so much silence on this but now it has cost a young girl her life.
“She suffered serious burns and was taken to the ridge hospital, but now has lost her life. It’s sad, but yes that explosion happened at Afrochella. The girl is gone,”
The Twitter user added that Afrochella organisers should be held accountable for the alleged explosion.

“If Afrochella knows about this and has kept mute then the organisers are inhumane. The young girl is dead after going through so much burns. If I say young, she was just 19 years old,”
As at the time of this writing, Afrochell has yet to respond to the allegations.
