Lawyer Kusi Boateng, the lawyer for Akosua Serwaa, the wife of the late Daddy Lumba, has spoken following Akosua Serwaa’s arrival in Ghana.
Speaking in an exclusive interview, Lawyer Kusi disclosed that the mindset of Judge Dorinda Smith Arthur was biased, stating that she favored a party.
According to Lawyer Kusi, even the other parties; Abusuapanin Tupac and Odo Bronii’s people knew very well that the documents he presented were nothing but genuine.
However, because the judge wanted to favor one party, she decided to say that the documents were forged, a statement that, lawyer Kusi is yet to understand.
He noted that, not only didn’t the judge’s statement favor a particular party, but it was an insult to him and his integrity.
Speaking to the media, Lawyer Kusi said “What the judge did was a deliberate attempt… She had a biased mindset. Claiming that I had forged documents was an insult to my integrity, especially since the other side was aware that the documents were genuine”.
