Ghanaian multiple award gospel singer and songwriter Sonnie Badu has advised the youth in Ghana to utilize the talents they have.
“ I want to speak to the youth, I know things are tough here in Ghana I see everything going on but however I’m everybody there is a gift, let’s that gift inside of you speak for you”, he stated.
In an interview with an Accra-based media station on October 6, 2023, he made this statement while sharing his final words before leaving the show.
Sonnie Badu stated that, given everything that is going on in the country right now, it would not be surprising if the president is also struggling to get some rest.
“I don’t think the president is sleeping, he is also having sleepless nights with whatever is going on”, he added.
He emphasized that we could all benefit from collaborating with one another and building up a network of support to help each other succeed.
“Let’s also help ourselves, let’s start networking and start working together, let’s start in honesty, let’s work in truth, when someone gives you something make sure you are honest about it,” he concluded.
