Three police officers and a civilian died in a head-on collision involving a bullion van (AS 19 43-24) and a KIA truck (AS 51 42-24) at Adanwomase, Kwabre East District, on July 9.
Eyewitnesses reported both vehicles were speeding, with the KIA allegedly racing another Toyota before the crash.
Emergency responders pronounced all four victims dead at the scene.
The civilian was identified as a man aged approximately 50. Police have launched a full investigation into the circumstances.
