Felicia Osei, a sensational Ghanaian TikToker and radio personality, has recounted the benefits of being a TikToker.

Creating content for the social media app, she claims, has done a lot for her, including moving from Kumasi to Accra, which she had never considered before.

Miss Osei added that TikTok has given her the chance to dine and socialize with well-known figures.

Felicia claimed that before TikTok fame, she would stand in long lines only to meet celebrities, but now days, she can see them anytime she wants.

Looking at me, TikTok has really done a lot for me. It has really played a major role in my life because TikTok brought me from Kumasi to Accra. It wasn’t even in my dream to come to Accra, but look at me, I’m chilling and flexing in Accra.

“I get to meet celebrities. About two or three years ago, I would actually go and queue to meet celebrities… But now I can call them for photo ops. So you know, these are some of the fun parts of my job as a radio personality,” she said.

Felicia Osei is now a show host at Accra-based Onua FM, a subsidiary of Media General with its flagship station being TV3.

Last year, Janet Offei aka Erkuah Official revealed that she was able to make over GHS200,000 from TikTok since she joined the app.

The 3rd year University of Ghana student is Ghana’s most popular TikToker, with over 4.9 million followers.

According to her, revenue from the app is generated from adverts and donations during live videos.

Speaking in an interview on TV3, Erkuah said the app has changed her life and made her financially stable.

She disclosed that she can now fend for herself and is also making thousands of money from TikTok.

According to her, aside the money she makes on the platform, she has also benefited immensely from opportunities through her interactions with her followers and brands.

TikTok Ghana is a community of Ghanaian video content creators with over 6 billion views on the video-focused social networking platform.
