Vanguard Assurance Company has rewarded its sales agents who contributed enormously to its financial performance for the year 2022, and also used the opportunity to launch its 2023 sales League in Accra.
The Sales League is a programme designed to concurrently deepen collaboration and competition among sales agents in order to ensure many Ghanaians have access to insurance products that are tailor made to their needs.
At a brief ceremony, the Insurance Company also announced its strategies of honoring its insurance claims to customers.
Speaking the awards ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Assurance Company, Fredrick Addotey Saka, assured the agents of management continuous support in the delivery of services to their customers.
“We want to acknowledge you all for your diverse support. We will continue to do our part as leadership to create an enabling environment for you to work and stay with us as you deliver to clients,” he said.
“We have confidence in our team and whichever strategy we will roll out to give them the needed support, we will ensure that”, he added.
Announcing the same day claim payment option of the company, the Head of Distribution at Vanguard Assurance, Samuel Asumang, was optimistic that this move will meet the demands of their customers.
“We have reloaded our same day claim payment and we are pleased to tell our customers that if they are involved in a motor accident and the cost of repairing the vehicle is GHS10, 000 and below, we will honor it before 3pm provided they provide the necessary documentation,” he said.
