A video circulating on social media that has sparked outrage shows Mr Henry, the husband of Ghanaian actress and fashion icon Nana Akua Addo, physically assaulting their teenage daughter.
In the disturbing footage, Mr Henry is seen repeatedly slapping the young girl in a room.
Acording to commentary accompanying the video, the incident allegedly occurred after the teenager entered her father’s private room, where he reportedly keeps a pot and other sacred items.
The reports claim that upon returning home and discovering what had happened, Mr Henry became angry and confronted the teenager, eventually leading to the physical assault captured on camera.
Nana Akua Addo who was present during the incident recorded the whole incident on the phone.
The video has raised fresh concerns about the reported situation within the family, particularly following other videos circulating online that have reportedly shown Nana Akua Addo with visible injuries, including a swollen mouth, amid allegations of domestic violence involving her husband.
In separate footage, a man believed to be Mr Henry is reportedly heard accusing Nana Akua Addo of infidelity and claiming that he has videos to support his allegations.The circumstances surrounding the various videos, including what happened before and after the incidents, remain unclear and have not been independently verified.
