AFC Bournemouth manager, Andoni Iraola, has heaped praises on Antoine Semenyo for his steller performance on Wednesday night.
He comment comes after the Ghana striker scored a brace as Bournemouth fought back to record a stunning 4-3 win over Luton Town.
Semenyo’s goals put Bournemouth level and put them up with Semenyo’s powerfully struck second goal being the match winner.
The 24 year old has been in fine form since the turn of the year and has attributed his uptick in goal-scoring form due to his ability to confuse defenders.
Reflecting on the performance of the striker, Iraola described Semenyo as a threat who can score with either foot and wished the former Bristol player would keep this form going.
“Antoine is in a very good form. I think he has been close to scoring in almost every game the last games he has played. He is always a threat he can score (with his) right foot, left foot…but let’s hope we can keep him in this form until the end.”
Semenyo has scored seven Premier League goals this season.
