We have to be strong in our play and in our mentality. It is going to be a great game regardless of the result,” the former Iran and Egypt boss added.Queiroz also confirmed that only defender Kojo Peprah Oppong is unavailable for the game billed for the Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.Kick-off for the much-anticipated game is slated for 01:30 GMT.The knockout phase marks Ghanas return to the World Cup knockout stage for the first time since their famous run to the quarter-finals in 2010.
