Accra Lions’ starlet Baba Salifu Apiiga emerged as the youngest player to score in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.
The talented midfielder, who usually plays as an advanced No.8, opened the scoring on the 28th minute mark for the Lions through an outstanding free-kick.
Apiiga scored the goal aged, 16 years, 1 month, 27 days in the matchday 31 encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.
