Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, Vision Football Club laboured to hold Berekum Chelsea to a goalless draw on Saturday, September 7.
The 2024/25 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign has kicked off this weekend with all 18 participating clubs eager to battle for ultimate glory.
In the opening weekend of the league, newcomers Vision FC hosted Berekum Chelsea determined to get off to a winning start.
Although the two teams would play well in 90 minutes, neither side managed to breach the opponent’s defense and had to settle for a goalless draw.
The result means Vision FC has picked the first point in the new league and should be booming with confidence heading into subsequent matches.
In the other Ghana Premier League match played today, Dreams FC and FC Samartex played out a goalless draw as well.
