Thomas Ayisah, the CEO of Agazy Homes, has won the Ultimate First Among Equals Award at the 7th edition of the Forty Under 40 Awards held at De Icon Events Centre in East Legon, Accra.

Ayisah was recognized for his outstanding contributions towards establishing businesses and creating massive employment opportunities.

Additionally, he won the Best Real Estate Developer of the Year award, beating many competitors on the same night.

The prestigious awards were in recognition of his tremendous commitment and dedication to building the Real Estate industry and also for being an extremely respected company advocating for best business practices in the sector.

After receiving the important award, Thomas Ayisah, the CEO of Agazy Homes, spoke to the media. He stated that this achievement reflects his commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in all endeavors.

He stated that, this is not just an award but a testament to his dedication to excellence in every aspect of their operations.

I am thrilled to achieve this significant milestone, which highlights my commitment to surpassing customer expectations while maintaining rigorous quality standards” he indicated.

According to him, the company has transformed to the point where it is imperative to standardize and certify their operations and policies to compete globally.

Ayisah Thomas popularly known as “Agazy” is a visionary leader with pacesetting solutions in the Real Estate business in Ghana. As an entrepreneur, he has personally constructed one of the most sophisticated development at the Virgin City, Tema Community 26 called “La Premiere Community” by Agazy Homes.

His estate has over 120- furnished three and four bedrooms – self compound houses.

Agazy’s passion towards creating jobs, feeding families combined with the love for creating affordable houses has moved him to start a five-bedroom luxury homes at Airport West ( Dzorwulu).

He is an industry leader breaking barriers of excellence in his sector, which makes him so special for this nomination.

Thomas Ayisah under his able leadership and his strategic marketing team have been able to sell over 50 percent of his real estate houses within few months of completion, mostly to Ghanaians abroad who have high taste for quality finishes.

He has also completed a first-class road that leads to the community where his estate is located.

Agazy together with his wife owns the popular “Greens Lounge Bar” at Tema Comm. 9 which serves as a great source of entertainment hub for thousands of residents within and outside Tema.

Recently, he donated Medical equipment and paid hospital bills for hundreds of sick people at Kpone-Katamanso Hospital.

He also contributed tremendously towards the renovation works of the Regimental Aid Post (RAP) at the Battle Training Camp (BTC) in Bundase, to befit the status attained by the Army Peace Operations Training School ( APOTS) as a certified United Nations Training Centre.
