NDC Communicator Stephen Bennieh has lashed out at NPP Presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, describing him as the biggest liar in Ghanaian politics.
According to Bennieh, Bawumia during the 2016 election made a lot of grandiose promises to Ghanaians that he had no intention of fulfilling.
He pointed at the NPP’s claim that they would move Ghana’s economy from taxation to production yet ended up making Ghanaians one of the most taxed populations in the world.
He said: “The NPP promised to move the economy from taxation to production in 2016, yet we are still burdened with more taxes, including the ‘borla’ tax. Ghana is the only country in the world still paying a Covid tax. And now, we even have a betting tax,”
Bennieh added: “Where are all these policies? He is the biggest liar in Ghana,”
