The 2023 edition of the Heritage Caravan, organized by Citi TV and Citi FM began on Saturday, March 4.
The seven-day fun-packed road trip of a lifetime across Ghana began from the premises of Citi TV at 5 Owula Hansen Lane, in Accra.
Patrons were treated to some good breakfast amid coruscating music from God’s Gift Brass Band. They thus set off to the Volta Region after which they will also visit the Eastern Region.
Speaking to ghanaweekend.com on the expectation of this year’s Heritage Caravan, celebrated and well-respected broadcaster Bernard Avle with much elation cogitated that this “Year’s caravan will be nice , you will enjoy”.
The award-winning broadcaster and the host of Citi FM’s morning show ‘The Citi Breakfast Show’ and the host of the ‘Point Of View Show’ on Citi TV added ,”Ghana dey be, Citi dey be ,that be all”.
The Caravan which is part of Citi TV and CitiFM’s Heritage Month will take patrons to 14 different regions over the course of seven pictureque days.
On the trip, patrons will be visiting tourist sites, interacting with indigenes, eating their foods and experiencing their diverse local cultures from the Volta Region, Eastern Region, Ashanti Region, Upper East Region, Savannah Region, Northern Region, Bono Region, Ahafo Region, Bono East Region, Western North, Western Region, and the Central Region of Ghana
Heritage Caravan is part of the activities in celebrating Heritage Month and is with the theme: “Make it Ghana”.
