Asante Kotoko coach Abdul Gazale is not giving up on the title race in the Ghana Premier League with three matches to end the season.
The defending champions bounced back to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Kotoku Royals at Dawu Park on Monday after three winless games which saw them drop out of the top four in recent weeks.

While the aim to retain the title looks difficult given the seven points gap between them and Medeama SC, Gazale remains hopeful his team can win the rest of the matches while his competitors could slip to give his team a chance.
“For sure because when you look at the table now, we are now in fourth place and if we are able to pick nine points from the three games in addition it would be 12 points hoping that at least any of those at the top will drop either one point or three points and we can still make it up,” he told StarTimes after the game.
The Porcupine Warriors would also face competition from Aduana Stars and Bechem United
Kootoko will welcome Karela United at the Baba Yara stadium on Sunday before facing Accra Lions and Dreams FC in the subsequent fixtures.
