Ghanaian singer, Sista Afia has been heavily dragged after a playful attempt to flirt with Black Stars forward Antoine Semenyo following the team’s recent World Cup qualifier.
On Thursday, the Black Stars defeated the Central African Republic in Matchday 6 of the 2024 Afcon qualifiers to cement their position in next year’s tournament in the Ivory Coast.
Ghana scored twice from Mohammed Kudus and Ernest Nuamah – with Nuamah’s goal coming off a Semenyo assist.
Impressed with the AFC Bournemouth forward’s display, Sista Afia jumped online to enquire about his relationship status.
“Is Semenyo single? I just dey ask oo,” she wrote.
Netizens didn’t take her playfulness lying down and dragged her for trying to destroy Semenyo’s career.
“She should concentrate on her dead music career and leave the young guy alone ,” one social media user wrote.
“Larry and Dela come and rescue your son o😂😂😂😂😂😂,” a second fan wrote.
Sista Afia has confessed in the past that the dating game hasn’t been easy for her but if she’s looking for love from a Black Stars player then she’s probably more attracted to broken heart than she’s willing to admit!
