Funny Face will remain behind bars for the next two weeks following his involvement in an accident on Sunday, March 24, 2023. The Ghanaian actor allegedly struck about 5 pedestrians while driving his Hyundai Atos car around 8 PM at Kasoa, Kakraba Junction.
Reports circulated on social media regarding the accident, leading to Funny Face’s arrest and subsequent detention in police custody. Today, he appeared at the Kasoa-Akweley District Court where he was remanded.
In a video circulating on social media, Funny Face is seen exiting the court premises under police escort. As of now, the actor has not addressed the accident publicly.
However, a close relative of the victims has confirmed that while there were no fatalities, the individuals involved sustained severe injuries.
