Nigerian super-music-star, Davido has confirmed that he is the father of a four-year-old boy named Dawson.
Davido made the revelation in a recent interview with YouTuber Anas Bukhash. He said that Dawson is the younger brother of his late son, Ifeanyi, and the only son of his two daughters, Imade and Hailey.
The Iconic Nigerian musician also revealed that he named his daughters after his late mother, adding that Hailey is a replica of her.
“I named both of them [my daughters] after my mum. Hailey is the exact replica of my mum; my second daughter, she is just like my mum. It’s crazy. It’s like she came in here like she came with her.”
Davido also said that Dawson lives in London with his mother, Larrisa London, who is Davido’s fourth baby mama.
Larissa welcomed Dawson in March 2020, but Davido, who she said is the father, remained silent about the child’s existence despite a DNA test that showed that he was the father.
However, Davido was recently spotted with Dawson at the Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, a Pentecostal Church based in England.
Davido’s confirmation of Dawson’s paternity comes nearly two years after the death of his first son, Ifeanyi, who died in October 2022.
