‘DNA Saved Me From Fathering Another Man’s Child – Guru NKZ Calls For DNA Testing After Childbirth

Ghanaian rapper Guru Nkz, is calling on parents to embrace DNA testing to address the rising issue of paternity fraud in Ghana. Speaking in an interview with Kumasi-based Nhyira FM, Guru highlighted the importance of conducting DNA tests immediately after childbirth to confirm the biological father’s identity.

Guru shared a personal experience, revealing that he was once falsely accused of fathering a child. He pointed out that such situations are becoming increasingly common and place heavy emotional and financial burdens on families. “Whether you are the father or mother, as soon as the child is born, request a DNA test to confirm the biological father,” he advised.

The “Boys Abrɛ” and “Lapaz Toyota,” hitmaker’s stance has sparked a mixed response on social media, with some agreeing on the importance of transparency while others point out that DNA tests can be costly, making them unaffordable for many families.
