Deputy Finance Minister, Dr. John Kumah says the offer given the retiree bondholders was the best, and Government is grateful to those who voluntarily signed onto the Domestic Debt Exchange Programme (DDEP).
He was speaking to the media after the Finance Minister addressed Parliament on the DDEP.
