Ghanaian musician and model, Sister Derby has confused social media users after declaring that she believes in God but does not consider herself religious at all!
Derby in an interview said she considers religion to be the root of a lot of evil in this country hence she does not subscribe to religion at all.
However, she still believes in a supernatural and higher power.
Derby made these comments during an interview with YFm in which she also slammed ex-President Mahama and the entire Ghanaian population for being homophobic.
According to her, she believes religion is the driving force behind homophobia as it makes people hate each other for no reason.
Derby has always been a staunch supporter of the LGBT community hence her comments aren’t suprising in the least.
Social media users, however, came for her nevertheless, describing her as confused.
