Dr. Louisa Satekla, wife of award-winning Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has applauded his husband for his new album, ‘Up & Running.’
Speaking to 3Xtra on the sidelines of the album release party on October 23, 2024, Dr. Louisa described the latest album as “masterpiece of so many feels of the African sound” that will make fans glued to it.
She said: “From the very beginning knowing the kind of energy that he [Stonebwoy] put into the album, I just knew that it was going to be a banger.”

Dr, Louisa further opened up on how supportive she was to the making of this new album while acknowledging the hard work and efforts of her husband.
“I just keep giving him the support as and when it’s required but most of the work and almost all of it is done by Stonebwoy. You know staying up and trying to piece together the right words to give you that seamlessly beautiful song that you’ve been blessed with over and over,” she added.
The album, which features his monster hit “Jejereje,” was unveiled at a glamorous party held at the Alora Beach Resort inside Laboma Beach in Accra on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
Following the success of his award-winning album “5th Dimension,” “Up & Running” promises to further solidify Stonebwoy’s position as a leading figure in the Ghanaian music scene.
The star-studded event was attended by a host of celebrities, including former Shatta Wale manager Bullgod, actress Nadia Buari, TV personality Nana Mcbrown, rapper Kwaw Kese, and musician D-Black.
