Reality television star Kim Kardashian is reportedly taking a break from her pursuit of a legal career after an unsuccessful attempt at the California Bar exam.
According to US media reports, the 45-year-old did not sit for the February exam and is not expected to retake it in July. Kardashian had previously revealed that she failed the exam last year, writing on social media that she was “not a lawyer yet,” despite years of study.
She has been working towards qualifying as a lawyer for several years, often documenting her progress publicly. In earlier comments, she said she remained committed to passing the bar, adding that there would be “no shortcuts” in her journey.
In an interview with Time Magazine, Kardashian acknowledged that the result affected her confidence, describing a period of discomfort following the release of her scores. She said she chose to address the outcome publicly before it became widely available online.
