Cameroonian forward Junior Kaaba was paid GHS23,700 more than star attacker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh at Hearts of Oak, according to Kumasi-based Pure FM.
The Phobians have recently parted ways with Kaaba, 23, who joined the Phobians just 4 months ago.
His compatriot Yassan Ouatching is also earning GHS20,000 every month which is also far more than the earnings of Barnieh who has recently joined Swiss side FC Zurich.
According to Kankan Boadu, Barnieh was earning just GHS1,300 ($125) at the club.
While domestic players like Barnieh have been carrying the club on their shoulders, Yassan and Kaaba have barely made any significant impact since their arrival at the club.
