Set inside a grungy warehouse hideout, the BADDIES MOLIY teaser channels underground rebellion. Donned in her signature bright blue and Y2K aesthetic, MOLIY moves through a makeshift tattoo shop filled with baddies. A tattoo artist reveals her work, the mixtape title across her client’s lower back, before MOLIY approaches an evidence-board teasing the full tracklist, features and her upcoming North American tour dates.
“I didn’t want to stay in one lane with this mixtape,” says MOLIY. “Every song pulls from a different energy, sound, and part of my personality, but it all connects through confidence, freedom, and movement. It’s like a party with no rules, just in time for a baddie summer.”
On her highly anticipated mixtape, MOLIY pushes her sound further than ever, blending her feathery vocals with bounce-heavy rhythms. The whine-ready dance project embraces infectious hooks and experimental production for a cross-cultural, genre-blurring body of work built for summer club bangers.
BADDIES MOLIY marks a bold new era for MOLIY following the record-breaking success of her chart-topping track, “Shake It To The Max (FLY) (Remix),” which surpassed one billion streams and earned her “2025 Songs of the Summer” recognition from both Spotify and TikTok. Her momentum continues to accelerate through all-star collaborations with international artists including Ciara, Sean Paul, and Tyla – the latter of whom appears on the mixtape’s infectious 2025 single, “Body Go,” a groove-driven dance anthem radiating confidence, girlhood, and empowerment. MOLIY’s latest single “Partygyal” with bees & honey is also included on the project.
Ahead of the mixtape’s release, MOLIY and Skillibeng hit the road on a 20-city North American tour, kicking off this Sunday, May 24, in New York City. As her global rise continues, MOLIY has already made history as the first Ghanaian artist to earn a nomination at the American Music Awards, while also earning two MTV Video Music Awards nominations, becoming Spotify’s most-streamed Ghanaian artist of 2025, and taking home World Artist of the Year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
