Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, has reiterated the government’s dedication to the construction of the National Cathedral.
He insists that the project is not misguided and is currently on track. He made the remark at a symbolic inauguration of the unfinished National Cathedral project by some Minority Members of Parliament, including North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
This act was intended to highlight what they perceived as the government’s failure to complete the project.
Mr. Ahiagbah stressed the importance of not undermining the project. He emphasised that the key issue was securing more resources to complete the project.
