The controversial photo has gone viral after sensational blogger Code Mickey put his voiceover on the photo.
Akufo-Addo is seen shirtless in one corner while Serwaa Broni is captured by her back.
Currently, social media users are having a field day trolling the hell out of Akufo-Addo over such a careless photo of him on the internet.
Serwaa Broni is allegedly a U.K.-based Ghanaian sidechick of President Akufo-Addo.

Serwaa Broni came out to threaten Akufo-Addo a time ago as she revealed her life was in danger.
