Former NBA player and current President of G-League Operations with the New York Knicks, Pops Mensah-Bonsu, paid a courtesy visit to Channel One TV in Accra over the weekend, where he sat down for an exclusive interview on Breakfast Daily Weekend.

Speaking with anchors Eno Safo and Jude Mensah Duncan, Mensah-Bonsu shared insights into his professional basketball career, his transition into sports management, and his continued passion for empowering young athletes in Ghana.

A key focus of the conversation was his work with the Seed Academy Ghana (SAG), an initiative he leads to create educational and economic opportunities for student-athletes.

The programme aims to combine basketball training with academic excellence to develop the next generation of leaders both on and off the court.
