Bonita Entertainment Studios (BES) Afrobeats/Dancehall artist Spacemanawol has earned a prestigious nomination in the Achievement in Music (Original Song) category at the 2026 Ghana Movie Awards for his song “Food Is Ready,” featured in the acclaimed film The Fishermen.
Shot entirely in Ghana, The Fishermen has received significant international recognition, winning and earning nominations for several prestigious awards, including a nomination for an NAACP Image Award in California.
Spacemanawol’s song “Food Is Ready,” whose music video features legendary Ghanaian hiplife pioneer Reggie Rockstone, has been praised for its creativity and contribution to the film’s storytelling and cultural impact.
