One delegate has been arrested by the police in the Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom Constituency for preventing another delegate from voting.
The man whose name is missing from the register said he will not allow another delegate, a female, to vote since they both have similar issues.
This resulted in a disruption of the voting process temporarily. But the situation has since been brought under control.
About 800 delegates have cast their ballots before the disruption occurred.
Meanwhile, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the Constituency, Sylvester Matthew Tetteh is confident of winning the primaries.
He said his track record, including the construction of astro turf and getting hundreds of youth into job positions makes him the preferred candidate.
He’s Contesting against two other candidates namely, a businessman Eric Kuranchie and a lawyer Vida Agyekum Akyeampong.
