The Eastern Region ‘A’ Territorial Secretary, Area Apostle and the Head Pastor of the Koforidua Central Assembly of the Christ Apostolic Church International, CACI, Apostle Daniel Quaye has noted that, as religious leaders in the country they will continue to defend the Christian values of Christ in the country even with the last drop of their blood. Apostle Quaye reiterated that as religious leaders they will never allow the activities of lesbians and gays to be legalized in Ghana throwing his support behind the promoters of the proper human rights and family values bill.
In an interview with him during the climax of the church’s Easter Convention in Koforidua, Apostle Quaye said the activities of gays and lesbians are abominable and urged Christians, Muslims and other religious bodies to continue to defend the religious values by standing firm against those abominable acts.
On the theme for the Easter Convention “The Power for the End Time Revival” Apostle Quaye further noted that nowadays people have become lovers of money, boastful, hate good, ungrateful, children have become disobedient to their parents and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God which are signs of the end time and urged Christians to pray without ceasing and hold on fast to Christ Jesus.
Apostle Quaye mentioned that God has blessed Ghana with numerous resources however, because of the love for money, personal interest of politicians who do not have the country at heart and poor leadership as the reasons the country is lacking behind in terms of development.
Apostle Daniel Quaye appealed to politicians to have the citizens at heart and always think about the interest of the country as they will one day they will give account before God for their stewardship.
