Hearts of Oak faced another setback in their away form on Saturday, as they were held to a goalless draw by Dreams FC in Dawu, extending their winless streak on the road to five games.

Despite coming into the match on the back of a 1-0 victory over Accra Lions earlier in the week, the Phobians were unable to secure another win and now risk falling five points behind the league leaders.

Currently occupying fourth place in the league, Hearts of Oak’s position is under threat from several other teams in the top four who are yet to play this weekend.

In the other match played on Saturday, Accra Lions suffered yet another defeat and have dropped out of the top four.

They were beaten by King Faisal, who have seen a turnaround in fortunes since parting ways with their former coach Jimmy Cobblah.

With back-to-back wins this week, King Faisal have now won two games in a row for only the second time this season, following up their midweek victory over Karela United with a win against surprise title contenders Accra Lions in Accra.
